It's that time of year again, when the deer start movin' and I start shootin'! I've seen quite a few deer on our property already so the prospect of getting one on my land looks good. The weather has been a lot warmer than normal and I prefer to take a deer when it's cold so it can hang for a day or two before processing. Hopefully in the next 3-4 weeks I'll be posting a pic of my first deer of the season.
