Work resumed yesterday 7/8/08 on the house after a 4 week stand still. The plumbing crew came in and started work on the final plumbing. They installed sinks, faucets, toilets, hot water tank, sump pump, PEX water grid, outside spickets, & other misc. plumbing items. The electric crew is supposed to be in today to install light fixtures, outlets, and switches.The installation of the septic has yet to occur. There's been a few delays with that, but it should go in by next week if all goes well.
The flooring should go in next week as well as some minor fix-ups & finishes that need to be taken care of. If all goes well and we pas inspections and gain an occupancy permit, we should be moving in on Saturday, July 26th.
