The block/foundation aspect of the house has been underway for about a week. It's been slowed by the rain/snow/ice combinations we've been getting hit with for the last 2 weeks. A new wave of rain and snow is set to come in tonight and tomorrow. Hopefully the block will all be laid by this weekend so the framing stage can begin. Once the framing begins you will really see the house take shape and it's size and configuration will be much easier to see. Stay tuned.......

Wow! Looks like it's really starting to take shape. I bet it feels good to have the foundation in, and the basement walls going up...
Yes! We're counting down the days until we move in. It's still a ways off though.
I'm hoping that storm does not get here! I'm sure you are hoping for the same thing. :-) We need good weather for the house to go up quickly and timely and safely. So far, so good! :-)
